Grilled Pork, plums and lemons with Sweet Inferno
This is a super easy and delicious recipe. Saw this recipe in Bon Appetit and then tweaked it a bit. Let us know how it turns out and if you think it's as delicious as we think it is!
Get some nice big, thick bone-in pork chops and rub them with olive oil. Next season lightly (see pic below) with Sweet Inferno. We're using this as a seasoning not a rub this time.
Cut the plums and lemons in half through the equator. Place them on a sheet pan, drizzle olive oil on them and then sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes over medium high heat. Grill plums and lemons cut side down just until grill marks appear and they start looking juicy. YUM!
Here at Rockin' Rubs we love pictures with flame! Let the chops and fruit rest and then serve! Squeeze the lemon over all of it and you'll love it for sure. Easy as that.
